I've been going there for over 30 years and have always gotten top notch service. So good that since I've moved far away, I still make that 200 mile round trip twice. The new Doc is extremely knowledgeable as well as kind so I was pleased with that. The office ladies have always been pleasant towards me which I'm forever grateful since I'm not exactly easy on the eyes so, thank you kindly. This person who has always helped me picking out the frames which I trust her completely and so far she's been right on target when I get praises for my new frames. She always takes the time to explain all the details on which the insurance pays and what it doesn't so I appreciate that. Her name is Claudia.
